Smoking Clock approval has been delayed by Apple for an unknown reason.

The program
A 28 day program that's divided into 4 equal phases, in all phases you are allowed to smoke only when the clock-hand is in the green zone.
The time intervals are very easy to remember, no need to check your iPhone/iPod all the time, all you have to do is to update your statistics regularly to keep track of your progress.

Well as light smoker in past about 4-5 cig a day I followed as light smoker and end up having 8 cig in one day ! So I think instead of asking heavy or light smoker option in software there should be choice of no of smoke a day and the calculation should be 1 cig in hr basis but for light smoker it should be every 3 hrs or 2:30 hr mix type. Also some medical background info when reducing smoke how it improves! Make it some what value for money ! And yeah notification alarm !
would like a "smoke" button on the clock page so you dont need to go in and edit... should only be able to use when clock is green... keeps you from cheating :)
When you are in the green zone , double tap on the clock. An alert will ask you if you want to smoke or just go to statistics. If you choose to smoke, the number of smoked cigarets will be automatically incremented and you will stay in the clock.

Nice application for the quit smoking. Smoking is bad for the health. Due to smoking many people faces the lot of health related problems. Cigarette contain Nicotine, which is not good for the health, nicotine contains some chemicals, which is addictive. Therefore, if someone want to quit smoking then for him or her it is so difficult.
