In five days I will be in phase 3 of the app. In this phase I'm allowed only one cigaret an hour. This in contrast to two cigarets in phase 2.
Will keep you posted about my progress.

We created this app, and i am using it; I'm on day 17 of the program, cheating a tiny bit, but the good news is that I am learning to take control of the cravings. I've already cut down much more then 50%. I'm taking it easy as I don't want neither to gain wait, nor to experience strong withdrawal syndromes. I will take my time. Will keep you posted on my progress.

Withdrawal syndromes = very little.
Cigarets smoked = about 20
Cigarets smoked at the start of this program = too many!!!

What really surprises me about this smoking cessation program is that: so far about a month in it and with my daily cigarette count dropping from about 50 to a mere 12 today, I have not suffered the usual side effects.

I'm not easily irritated, bad tempered, or unpleasant.

I am in the last few days of phase 3, soon will be allowed one cigarette every other hour.
This is remarkable considering the chain smoker that I was only one month ago.
Will keep everyone posted about my progress.
Thank You

Well it's my first day of this application and trying to quit smoking ! As at 3 in morning of 12 th April I have my first post and would like follow this app ! I have two goals ! 1). avoid the feeling of Fear dying with pain of cancer and see myself handdicapped ! 2) live a healthy life with good fittness and fresh life with lot of energy and keep people around me happy

It's 940 in morning I smoked my first cigret according to this plan but didn't follow the first 5 min time as per this application as I was sleeping that time !

as long as you don't smoke in the red zone, your ok.

Well as light smoker in past about 4-5 cig a day I followed as light smoker and end up having 8 cig in one day ! So I think instead of asking heavy or light smoker option in software there should be choice of no of smoke a day and the calculation should be 1 cig in hr basis but for light smoker it should be every 3 hrs or 2:30 hr mix type. Also some medical background info when reducing smoke how it improves! Make it some what value for money ! And yeah notification alarm !

Bought the smoking clock iphone app a few weeks ago. Was under a lot of stress but things are much better now. I will start the program today.
I selected the very heavy smoker option to see how it goes.

There is an option to go to next phase any time in the App, so if your a very light smoker choose light smoker then go to next phase.
In the next version this option will be enabled at setup level.
